Best Coffee Shop and Mayfair Cafes

Everbean

A group of bicycles parked in front of a building.

Everbean is known for its exceptional coffee, and I must say, the cup I had was smooth and full of flavor. They offer a variety of coffee options, including their own custom blend, which is pretty amazing. The coffee shop is located down a quaint cobbled street, making it a bit of a hidden gem in the bustling city. It’s close to Bond Street and Oxford Street, so it’s a great spot to take a break from all that shopping.

Everbean has a laid-back vibe, with comfy sofas and a mezzanine level, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book or catch up with friends. They also transform into a cozy wine bar in the evenings, offering a versatile experience for visitors.

So, I just had the most amazing coffee experience at Queens of Mayfair, and I couldn’t wait to share! This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Mayfair, and let me tell you, they know how to brew the perfect cup of joe.

In addition to their exceptional coffee, they also offer a full a la carte menu, including sumptuous and authentic delights. Their pastries are to die for, and they even have vegan options for those with a sweet tooth. The café is also open for breakfast, so it’s a great spot to visit throughout the day.

Popina

The café has a quirky and fun vibe, with a few tables and chairs inside and a couple of tables outside for al fresco dining. They also have sofas and a TV, making it a great spot to relax and catch up on the latest news or sports.

Whether you’re looking for a quick cup of coffee or a leisurely brunch, Popina offers a fun and laid-back atmosphere, exceptional coffee, and delicious food. I’m someone who like to enjoy the finer things in life, which are sweet treats paired with a a good latte and Popina offers that and more so I suggest taking a browse at their expansive menu.

Higgins

It’s been considered as one of the best Mayfair coffee shops since 1942 though it’s quite well-known in the London coffee scene, still, it’s a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of London. They have an excellent team of baristas ready to serve up some delicious coffee from classic artisanal coffees to fun and quirky coffees like matcha and pour overs, all sourced locally and ethically.

What’s cool about this spot is that you can have a cup of the highest-grade coffee whilst also enjoying some delightful afternoon tea and brunch. Plus, it’s smack-dab in the streets of Mayfair and iconic bond street so after you can go out and enjoy other tourist attractions or shop at new bond street!

Connaught Patisserie

Coffee in mayfair is best when there’s a bunch of French pastries to choose from and Connaught offers just that! The place is aesthetically-pleasing, meaning you could sit in any corner and still take a quick pic for your Instagram and since it’s right at London’s Connaught hotel then you could expect only high-quality products from this place!

Yep, one of the one of the best cafes in the city is also inside one of the best places to visit in London! So, it’s a two birds with stone kind of deal, so if you’re looking for a place to crash or relax on your vacation, then take that well-earned rest with a few plates of croissants and pain au chocolat!

The Attendant Mayfair

The interior of a restaurant with a lot of plants.

I’ve got to commend the service here! Truly top-notch in “attending” to their customers! Each dish we ordered was promptly served and once you walk in you’re greeted by warm smiles and even recommendations from the menu. Highly recommend the banana bread with honeycomb butter.

Oh and this spot has multiple branches across Central London, and it’s one of my favourite London success stories, since it started off as a small independent business and now turned into not only one of the best mayfair cafes, but all throughout the city!

Ralph’s Coffee

A cafe with a green umbrella in front of it.

Because of its constant high caliber, this is one of my favorite coffee shops in London. The banana bread had the ideal amount of moisture and sweetness, and it went well with my almond cappuccino. The staff is quick and amiable. The food and drink selection isn’t very large. Their iced oat latte is also the smoothest. Although it’s a little pricey, I always return to try different desserts.

It’s part of the Ralph Lauren brand so any fan of the brand would not only be able to shop luxury items but have a mean cup of joe in one hand since it’s just right next to the flagship polo Ralph Lauren store! They’ve also maintained the essence of the company’s iconic sophisticated-style so be ready to spend and be impressed!
