What’s This I Hear About A Free Drink?!

The rumours are true! We offer a free drink (Single House Spirit & Mixer, small glass of House Wine White / Red / Rose, a can of Cider or Beer, or any soft drink) with all of our midweek show tickets. All we ask is that you sign up to our loyalty card scheme (It’s totally free & only takes 2 minutes to do)

What Is The Expected Behaviour Of The Audience?

We ask that all members of the audience respect the performers, other audience members and our staff. Management reserves the right to remove anyone who continually disrupts the show. We will not offer refunds to anyone who is asked to leave the venue.

For the enjoyment of all customers, while the show is in progress, there is strictly:

  • No talking or carrying on your own conversations.

  • No using mobile phones.

  • No heckling of the acts.

  • No behaviour that prevents others from enjoying the show.

We wish everyone a pleasant evening and hope that you enjoy the show.

Where Is Big Belly Comedy Club Located?

We’re now located at SOUTHBANK the address is:
Units 6 & 7, 30 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9LQ
We are a 3 min walk from Blackfriars station, 5 min from Southwark, 7 min from Waterloo

What Is ‘Heckling’ And Am I Allowed To Do It?!

We’re SO glad you asked. If the comedian hasn’t asked you a question, any sort of yelling out, talking amongst yourselves or distracting behaviour during the performance is considered ‘heckling.’ It distracts the comedians and the other audience members (who also paid to watch the show, just like you!) so please don’t do it. Putting on our serious hat for a minute – we may ask you to leave if you disrupt the performance.

Below is a quick flow chart to if you’re allowed to shout something out:

Did the comedian ask you a question?

  • If ‘Yes’ then you can (and should) respond!
  • If ‘No’ then you should not. It’s pretty easy when you get the hang of it.
I’m Coming With A Group, Can We Reserve Seats?

All our seating is unallocated and we advise large groups to come early if they want to sit together. We can’t guarantee large groups arriving late will be able to sit together. Soz x

Is There An Age Limit?

You must be 18 years or older to ride this laugh train… I’ll see myself out.

What If I’m Afraid The Comedians Will Pick On Me?

The atmosphere at Big Belly is super light-hearted and friendly but stand-up comedy can be an interactive experience, so if you don’t want any comedians to chat to you, bring a large A3 sign that says “Please do not talk to me”. Or we recommend sitting further back in the audience.

Can I buy Tickets On The Door?

Probably! But we’d recommend buying tickets on our website before the show as we frequently sell out *humble brag* and can’t GUARANTEE there will still be tickets available by the time you get here!

I Messed Up And Bought Tickets For The Wrong Show…Can I Change Them?!

No biggie– If you bought tickets through our website, you can rebook yourself up until a day before the show! Any other questions/concerns about switching tickets, please email hello@bigbellycomedy.club and we will do our best to work things out for you.
