Reich has inked a deal with UTA, a powerhouse agency boasting clients like Kylie Minogue, Johnny Depp, and Charlize Theron. That’s not all, UTA also assists with comedy touring of some of the best comedians in the industry now like: Bert Kreischer, Bo Burnham, Eric Andre, Seth Myers, Eric Andre, Taylor Tomlinson, and Jim Gaffigan.

Acting gigs, aside, this could mean an even better and bigger comedy career in the making as he recently gained widespread acclaim for his HBO stand-up special, “Literally Who Cares?!” which earned him a feature in both the New Yorker and New York Times.

Reich’s live show garnered nominations for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and Most Outstanding Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival so it’s no surprise that UTA took him in.

A Leap into Acting

Reich secures his first major acting role in Netflix’s romcom “Too Much,” alongside Megan Stalter and Will Sharpe, from the creators of “Girls.” and you can catch Reich on the Jonathan Ross show on ITV1, sharing the stage with Paul Rudd, Mel B, and Billie Piper

Reich is now filming a part in the Netflix romantic comedy series Too Much from creator Lena Dunham and husband Luis Felber, which also stars Megan Stalter, Will Sharpe, and other actors. The drama centers on Jessica (Stalter), a workaholic in her mid-30s from New York who is gradually cutting herself off from everyone she knows after ending a relationship she thought would last forever.

The only way out of her situation is to accept a position in London, where she intends to live a solitary life a la Brontë sister, since every block in New York seems to be a story of her own misbehavior.

Though this isn’t his first time diving into the acting as his previous screen credits include Friday Night LiveLate Night MashComedy Central Live, and Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club.

In the UK, Reich will continue to be represented by Individual Artist Management. If you’re looking for more up-and-coming talented comedians like Leo Reich then come see a comedy show here at Big Belly Comedy Club, ready to make you laugh 7 nights a week!
