Through his viral parody that lampooned Matt Hancock’s antics and his captivating Salt Bae impersonations, Munya Chawawa has garnered over a billion views on social media platforms in the past two years.

With memorable characters like Unknown P, Nigella, Jonny Oliver, Barty Crease & Brandon, Munya has not only captured social media, but also made significant impact on mainstream British TV. He exhibited his raw talent on BBC One’s Celebrity Masterchef, lampooned failed romantic escapades on Sky One’s Dating No Filter, and also took the helm each week on Channel 4’s Complaints Welcome, establishing himself as a fixture on prime-time British TV.

Away from the screen, Munya has channeled his creative prowess into scriptwriting, with projects such as ‘Death to 2020’, which he co-wrote with Charlie Brooker for Netflix. In addition, he executive produced his maiden YouTube Originals series ‘Race Around Britain’, for which he bagged the ‘Presenter of the Year’ award at the Royal Television Society Awards.
